How to Accept the Offer

Online Application Process

To accept the offer on this application portal:

1. Read the terms and conditions of the Offer
2. Ensure you have a Valid CDSC Account. If not, consult your broker/agent to open one
3. Once you have the CDSC, click on Apply for Notes
4. Complete the Application Form with all required information
5. Once you have duly completed and submitted the Application Form, you will be required to make payment and upload proof of payment documents (EFT or Bank Transfers)
6. Your payment will be verified by the Data Processing Agent
7. Look out for updates on the status of your application, which will be sent to your registered email address or through text message to the mobile number you indicated in the electronic application

Use the USSD Code

(Note: This option is only available to individual investors with an active registered Kenyan mobile number and a Valid CDS Account.)

To participate in the offer:

1. Ensure you have a Valid CDSC Account and sufficient balance on your Mobile Money to facilitate payment
2. Dial the code *483*810# and choose "Read Terms and Conditions of the Offer", which you should read and understand before the next step
3. Agree to terms then choose the "New Application" option and thereafter follow the prompts to complete the process
4. You will receive a prompt to pay and later an email and/or SMS confirming the status of your application

Completing a Physical Form

You can also submit a physical Form by following the steps below:

1. Download a Serialized Form, or visit the offices of the Authorised Accepting Agents or Custody and Registrar - all of whom will be able to provide a physical copy of the Form
2. Complete the Form following the instructions therein and submit the completed Application Form together with the required supporting documents to any of the Placing Agents
